However, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occasionally occur. Nordiv Montreal reserves the right to correct such errors and to update or cancel orders affected by them.
Colors and images of products displayed on our website may vary slightly from actual items due to monitor differences or lighting conditions.
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.
We do not accept PayPal or Klarna at this time.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their billing and shipping details are accurate and complete.
Nordiv Montreal reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, unauthorized payment, or policy violations are suspected.
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Shipping Time: typically 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and supplier.
All products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses in China.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available).
Delays:
Shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, courier disruptions, or public holidays. We appreciate your understanding that these delays do not constitute grounds for compensation or cancellation.

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Nordiv Montreal is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused during shipping once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for entering correct and complete delivery addresses.
If an incorrect address is provided, Nordiv Montreal cannot offer refunds or replacements.
In the event of a defective or incorrect product, please contact info@nordivmontreal.com within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
Under no circumstances shall Nordiv Montreal be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
