The item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
All tags, labels, and protective seals must be intact.
The item must not show signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage.
Proof of purchase (such as order number or receipt) is required.
The return request must be made after the product has been physically delivered.
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return or refund.
To ensure hygiene and safety, the following products cannot be returned or refunded:
Sale or clearance items
Intimate or hygienic products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings, beauty tools)
Customized or personalized products
Gift cards or digital products
Free promotional or giveaway items
To initiate a return, please follow these steps carefully:
Contact us at info@nordivmontreal.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our support team will review your request and provide the return authorization and supplier address (our fulfillment partners are located in China).
Carefully repackage your item and ship it back using a trackable delivery method.
The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import fees.
You must provide proof of shipment (tracking number) once the return is sent.
We strongly recommend using an insured courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
After your returned item is received and inspected:
You will be notified via email whether your return has been approved or denied.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
The original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
If the returned item shows signs of use or damage not reported prior to the return, a partial refund or denial may occur.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item or size, please complete the return process for your original purchase and place a new order through our website.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To expedite resolution, include clear photos or videos of the product and packaging when you email us at info@nordivmontreal.com.
Once approved, we will offer one of the following options:
A replacement (at no cost to you), or
A full refund for the affected product.
To ensure a smooth delivery and return experience, please note:
Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Nordiv Montreal cannot be held liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Lost Packages: If the courier marks a package as delivered but the customer claims non-receipt, Nordiv Montreal is not responsible. Please contact your local postal carrier for further assistance.
Unclaimed Orders: Orders returned to sender due to refusal, unpaid customs duties, or delivery failure will not qualify for a free reshipment or automatic refund.
All returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team via email.
Please do not send items directly to our registered office address in the Netherlands, as returns cannot be processed at that location.
This policy is designed to comply with the Canadian Consumer Protection Act and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
