Nordiv Montreal does not store or have direct access to your credit card details.

Your order will be processed once full payment has been successfully received.
If payment is declined or incomplete, your order will not be confirmed or shipped.
In rare cases, orders may be held for manual verification to protect against fraudulent activity.
If your payment was successfully charged but you did not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@nordivmontreal.com for assistance.
If you are eligible for a refund (for example, after a return has been approved), the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds are processed through Shopify Payments, and exact timing may vary depending on your bank’s processing policies.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
All transactions on our website are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) by default.
