Orders placed during weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.

Our average delivery timeframe is:
Canada & United States: 7–15 business days
Europe: 10–20 business days
Other international destinations: 15–25 business days
⏱ Please note: During busy periods, holidays, or customs inspections, shipping delays may occur. Nordiv Montreal cannot be held responsible for such delays once a parcel is in transit.

This allows us to offer competitive prices and a wide selection of products.

If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered to the provided address, Nordiv Montreal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details during checkout.
Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
If an incorrect address causes a failed delivery or return, reshipping fees may apply.
If your order appears delayed beyond the expected delivery window:

If the issue remains unresolved after 30 business days, contact us at info@nordivmontreal.com and we will investigate the situation.
We may offer a reshipment or refund depending on the outcome of the courier’s investigation.
All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes.
These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Failure to pay these fees may result in your parcel being returned to sender, and such cases are not eligible for refunds.
